Following your maintenance schedule

Simply put, a properly maintained vehicle lasts longer and runs more efficiently than one that isn’t maintained. Bringing your vehicle to the dealership for all the scheduled maintenance recommendations found in your Owner Guide helps:

  •     Ensure optimum operation, reliability and safety
  •     Prevent unexpected failures
  •     Maximize fuel efficiency
  •     Improve trade-in or resale values

Parts available at the dealerships

When you want the very best for your vehicle, ask for Ford Motor Company Genuine Parts. As the original equipment for Ford and Lincoln vehicles, they can help restore new-vehicle-like performance.

Motorcraft® parts are recommended by Ford Motor Company for your Ford or Lincoln. They offer quality at competitive prices.

Whichever you choose, you’ll have the peace of mind that comes with knowing those parts are backed by Ford Motor Company.

What does a Multi-Point Inspection include?

During a Multi-Point Inspection, a Ford Motor Company-trained technician will evaluate your vehicle’s:

  •     Fluid levels
  •     Status of key systems and components
  •     Tire-tread depth and wear patterns
  •     Brake pad thickness
  •     Battery life

Your technician will then rate each system or component according to the following easy-to-follow evaluation:

Green:     Checked and okay at this time
Yellow:   May require attention in the near future
Red:         Requires immediate attention

What is a Factory-Authorized System Check?

Today’s complex vehicles require an equally advanced approach for vehicle diagnosis. A Factory Authorized Systems Check involves testing all your vehicle’s key systems and components and helps ensure that you get an accurate and efficient service experience.
